High Waisted shorts are one of this summers must haves...


You can get all kinds of different fun and funky patterns and designs on them .You can pretty much get them any where.

My personal favourites are the ones with the American flag print on them.They are low maintenance and you can pair your shorts with one of your crop tops as we mentioned in the previous post on crop tops,or even pair it with a baggy top or even a tight fitting top.

Olivia Palermo's 26 Outfits

TODAY is OLIVIA PALERMO'S BDAY  and as huge fans of her STYLE, we decided to HONOUR  her. Olivia is a well-known socialite or as we say it STYLE ICON with her clean cut and relaxed OUTFITS that any girl would love and a CLOSET FULL of designer clothes. She maybe known for being just a celeb but our hats go off to her, for her COMMITMENT to FASHION and she DRESSES like the streets of NEW YORK are her runway and we are her audience waiting for her LATEST OUTFIT. We love people who show that being FASHIONABLE doesn't have to be complex. If there is one thing about Olivia's STYLE, it 's that its MODERN and yet CLASSIC and SIMPLE which shows that simplicity goes a long way. Olivia has quite a "FEW ACCESSORIES" and we would like to make a little list:

The kooks are a british rock indie group from Brighton in england.The band was formed in 2002 and is still together currently.I personally love their music its very chilled out and is very easy to listen to.
Thier music was very influenced by the British band called The Invasion from the 1960's who were part of the pre-punk genre.

The band consists of Luke Pritchard,Hugh Harris,Peter Denton and Paul Garred.


Luke Pritchard is the lead singer and as an amazing voice.Their most famous and well known song of theirs is Naive and is definitely one of my favourites. You guys should definitely check them out and listen to their songs.

Crop Tops

CROP TOPS

Crop tops have been in fashion for quite a while now so its not a new trend so to say.But as time goes on they are starting to become more and more popular.I personally think if you have a good enough body to wear one you should!

You can get all kinds of different shapes,sizes and ones with some really interesting prints and patterns. They look great and require minimal effort , just pair it with your favourite pair of jeans,shorts or why not try and pair it with a skirt.

Just beware if your generally a pasty person maybe soak up some vitamin D in before you put your crop top on,so your not so milk white.

Weekend in the city of gold

This month why not go on a all girls weekend with some of your closest girl pals?

Well that's we did and our destination was was Jozi,the city of gold or commonly known as Johannesburg.We set off together on a 6 hour bus trip of laughter and 10 second dance parties and eventually arrived in Joburg.
That night we had a bonding session and just talked to each other until we passed out from exhaustion.That Friday we mad a spectacular breakfast,then walked to the local coffee shop and had iced lattes (yummy)during the day we managed to teach a drama class, eat as much as we possibly could and stalk the hottest boys we had ever seen.

Saturday we woke up early and were off to a dress fitting for my older brothers wedding. we then proceeded to spend every cent we had at the mall.That afternoon we went driving around the Dainfern estate on golf cart with some mates of ours and i personally had the most amazing time with every one that night.

Sunday we had a chilled day and sat around the pool and went for lunch together and just enjoyed each others company.

Monday was D day and with slumped shoulders and heavy feet we boarded the bus with February's Vogue and set off to the misty town once again

So why not get your friends together and go away for the weekend ?
